Return Policy

European Distance Selling Regulations give customers the right to a cooling off period after making an on-line purchase during which they can return goods for a full refund. 

In addition to these statutory rights we also offer a three day approval period on all new and used goods, and aim to behave honourably in all reasonable queries about faults, warranties and unwanted gifts, subject to a small restocking fee.  If you need to return an item please contact our customer service team via this link mailto:customer.service@wwwstores.co.uk  for an RMA (Returns Management Authorisation) number and details of how and where to make the return.  We aim to respond to requests received within 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Special arrangements apply to certain reconditioned and second-user technology items where we act as an agent for Picolo Ltd.  This are detailed in the supply contract and over-ride our standard returns policy.
